THE SITUATION<\/h3>\n

Casadisale, in the center of the island allows us to practice yoga and other disciplines in the middle of unspoiled nature, away from the noise in a space full of positive energies.<\/p>\n

Although we are in August, we can enjoy complete freedom. The group will consist of a maximum of 8\/9 people.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

THE RETREAT<\/h3>\n
\n\t

Thanks to the practice of vinyasa yoga and Kundalini yoga we will awaken our deepest, ancestral energies. The sound awakenings, a music that touches our energetic vibrations and heals any limits or blocks that everyone has within themselves, and the ecstatic dance that helps to free us and express ourselves with joy, will raise our frequencies and eliminate our fears.<\/p>\n

For those who want it, a therapeutic massage with essential oils will wake-up your easiness.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Yoga teacher
\nNadia has been practicing yoga for fifteen years and has been teaching it for about ten. She approached the practice and meditation by pure chance in a particular period of her life, in them she found the way to give light also to the negative events that can affect us. In recent years she has practiced yoga in Barcelona, where she still lives during the winter, she has been several times in India and the East following retreats and internships. Her practice of her is aimed at harmonizing the energies of one's body and one's thoughts by increasing and manifesting the inner and outer grace that lives in each of us.
\nConcentration, breathing, pranayama and asana make her yoga a gentle but intense and dynamic practice, accessible to all.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Luca Saini & Mariacristina Busso<\/h5>\n

Two tireless travelers, Luca is a director and visual artist, Mariacristina is an artistic restorer and decorator. For about ten years, they have shared a love for research and study of sound, in the artistic, therapeutic and ritual fields - from native and traditional cultures, to the most recent research in the areas of states of consciousness and neuroscience. For several years they have been offering individual and group sessions of Sound Healing, Cacao Ceremony, Ecstatic Dances - Silent Disco, Forest Therapy, in retreats and workshops in Italy and abroad.<\/p>\n

YOGA Vinyasa<\/strong> Concentration, breathing, pranayama and asana make her yoga a gentle but intense and dynamic practice, accessible to all.<\/p>\n

Yoga Kundalini<\/strong>: given the type of retreat, we will also practice kundaliny exercises able of activating the first and second Chakra. Fundamental in the development of our inner strength and our creativity.<\/p>\n

Sound Healing<\/strong> is a form of vibrational acoustic therapy in which some instruments are played to promote and generate deep relaxation and a sense of psycho-physical harmony. The sound vibration is spread over the body and throughout the space that welcomes the session, giving life to an immersive 360\u00b0 sound experience, regenerating and beneficial.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t

An ecstatic dance session represents a journey to rediscover our personal power, through the spontaneous and creative movement facilitated and accompanied by the live sound of our instruments. The practice of ecstatic dance is open to everyone in any physical condition, there are no rules, choreography or gender limitations, it is not a performance. Each session represents an \"adventure\" for everyone - personal or collective and always takes place with the utmost respect for individual free expression, in a safe context and in the absence of judgment.
