Gioia, fifth edition, is a Yoga retreat designed so that you can combine internal work with the enjoyment of summer. Supported by Yoga, meditation, conscious eating and nature, it offers us the perfect environment to deepen the practice yoga, meet new friends and enjoy the Mediterranean Sea.<\/p>\n

During your free time you can choose whether to stay in the house, walk around the city or even rent a boat tour. All the beaches of the island are unique, you will want to know them all.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

THE RETREAT<\/h3>\n

In 2022 the retreat will be based on emotions, on the importance of mindfulness and on the practice of meditation as a tool for self-knowledge and evolution.<\/p>\n

For this reason, this year we have included in the program a Cacao Ceremony<\/strong> followed by a Sound Healing session<\/strong> with the duo, HatiSuara. The Cacao Ceremony does not have hallucinogenic effects, it is suitable for everyone and it is a purifying experience that connects you with joy and the heart chakra, the Sound Healing is a sound journey with the therapeutic effect of sacred instruments, such as a Yoga Nidra with live music.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

THE TEACHER<\/h3>\n\t
Agustin Burton Yoga teacher<\/div>\n<\/div>

Agustin Burton was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he specialized in journalism and worked in advertising. At 30 years old he started practicing yoga and meditation and changed his life in search of happiness in the present. Two years later he settled in Barcelona where he trained as a teacher (he is a certified teacher of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga) and began his personal journey, sharing yoga and his philosophy in classes open to all, workshops and events. Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga practices, walks, silence, free time to enjoy the island and many smiles.
\nGioia happens completely outside, the morning practices with the heat of the sun among the trees and the afternoon practices on the terrace, while the sunset changes the colors of the sky.<\/p>\n

At Agus yoga retreats there is always time dedicated to meditation and philosophy. It is not necessary to have reached a certain level of practice to participate in the retreat and benefit from the results: the experience can be very positive even if you are approaching the world of yoga for the first time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t
