Five days of yoga and meditation in the name of silence and presence

From Tuesday 21 to Sunday 26 July 2020

Spanish English

Gioia 2 is the second opportunity to breath in harmony after so much isolation. It will be a benefit to share a deep experience of relationship with yourself and  few other people.
Renewing energies, aligning them in harmony with nature around us, breathing no longer in a cage but open to the sky.
Under the trees and greenery, just leaves moved by the wind. And then the sea, of course.

It's bringing us unexpected joy.

Like last year, given the wonderful experience we had together, we offer you two yoga stages with Agus: Vinyasa Yoga and meditation are the theme all week long. But, as you can see from the programme, there is plenty of time to enjoy the sun, beaches and island attractions. Walking tours and activity to improve concentration are on schedule. During your holiday at Casadisale you may also reserve an Ayurvedic massage or a therapeutic massage with essential oils. For further information read the programme below in this page or contact Agus:

Agustin Burton

Augustin Burton was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he specialized in journalism and worked in advertising. He started practicing yoga and meditation 30 years ago and changed his life looking for the happiness of now (felicidad en el ahora). Two years later he moved to Barcelona where he studied to become a yoga teacher (he is a certified teacher of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga) and began his personal path, sharing lessons and yoga philosophy in classes open to everybody, plus workshops and events.

Programme, costs, schedule

Augustin's classes are distinguished by rhythm and fluidity, for their flow in overcoming limits, taking care of alignment, breathing, and concentration.
In his yoga retreats there is always space for meditation and philosophy.

You don't need to have reached a certain level of practice to participate in the retreat and benefit from the results. The experience will be very positive even if you are approaching the world of yoga for the first time.
