7 Day Vinyasa Yoga, Meditation, Workshops & Free Time.
From Sunday 20 to Sunday 27 July 2020
The Retreat includes a Sound Healing group Session and a Silence Day.
After so much social distancing, we think it will be beneficial to share a profound experience of relationship with oneself and a few other people.
Renew the energies, align them in harmony with the nature that surrounds us, breathe no longer in a cage but open to the sky.
Under the trees and the greenery, only leaves moved by the wind. And then the sea, of course.
As in previous years, given the wonderful experience lived together, we offer you a yoga retreat with Agus: Yoga Vinyasa and meditation will characterize the practice. Free time to enjoy the sun, beaches and beauties of the island. There are walks and observing silence for a whole day to connect us with our most authentic self. During your stay at Casa di Sale you can benefit from an experience of sound meditation and sound healing.
For those who want it, a therapeutic massage with essential oils will awaken your well-being.

Agustin Burton was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he specialized in journalism and worked in advertising. At 30 years old he started practicing yoga and meditation and changed his life in search of happiness in the present. Two years later he settled in Barcelona where he trained as a teacher (he is a certified teacher of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga) and began his personal journey, sharing yoga and his philosophy in classes open to all, workshops and events.
The classes conducted by Augustin are characterized by rhythm and fluidity, by its dynamics to overcome limits, with particular attention to alignment, breathing and concentration. In his yoga retreats there is always time dedicated to meditation and philosophy.
It is not necessary to have reached a certain level of practice to participate in the retreat and benefit from the results: the experience can be very positive even if you are approaching the world of yoga for the first time.
