THE SITUATION

To take care of yourself, your body and spirit in a natural, virgin habitat. To walk smelling Mediterranean bush scents or on the sand and enjoy the warm waters of september, golden lights, sunset yoga in front of the sea.

To discover a magic island and a shelter where to relax and live at the wellness rhythm.

THE RETREAT

A week dedicated to yoga practice and philosophy. Organic breakfast and dinner with 0 km vegetables and fruits, homemade bread and cakes, vegetarian and detox menu, therapeutic massages in the garden surrounded by Mediterranean bush. Comfortable rooms  furnished with antique pieces from all over the world, with private bathrooms and dehors or charming tents with shared bathroom. 

Program includes walking tours and outdoor practice in an impressive location on the island, suitable both for experienced yoghini and beginners.

THE TEACHER

Nadia De Paoli

Nadia De Paoli has been practicing yoga for 14 years and teaching yoga for 7 years in Barcelona and Carloforte, where she shares her knowledge. In 2014 she specialized in therapeutic yoga joining a YTT Alliance 200 hours course with Master Shy Shivar. She has participated in workshops of Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga in Mysore, Milano and Barcelona meeting teachers and masters from all over the world whom she sometimes hosts. Casadisale is a yoga association ASD. Retreats at Casadisale are an incentive to disconnect from city life rhythms and flow with the wild nature of the island in the spirit of yoga.

FURTHER INFORMATION

Program, costs, schedule
Pranayama in the morning and guided meditation. Two lessons of Vinyasa Yoga suitable for everybody, taught by Nadia de Paoli (around 4 hours) each day. Practice on Casadisale panoramic terrace or on the rocks in front of the sea. Cultural exchanges and theoretic yoga lessons every evening. 
 Vinyasa is a form of dynamic yoga which connects the asanas in a flow instead of changing positions in a simple sequence. Vinyasa transitions are precise movements which open and close every asana with extreme care for the practitioner's safety. Classes will be also in Spanish and English, depending on the requests.
